Kracht Constrtuction Inc has been in business since 1987.  We went from framing contractors to general contractors and have done a wide spectrum of custom homes, large and small remodels, and even 2 years construction work in Japan rebuilding after the Kobe earthquake.  Kracht Construction runs all remodels and custom projects through the construction company.   

Legendary Homes LLC was formed 5 years ago when a group of acquaintances asked to invest in Kracht Construction's building of new spec homes.  We have a small group of 4 investors that work with us to accomplish these projects.
